Instead of a Roots to Rise juice cleanse, try our newest addition; a detox plan that incorporates foods that are both cleansing and filling. We’ve carefully selected recipes for the Soup and Juice Detox that are packed with nutrients and antioxidants. This detox is designed to cleanse the body of toxins which accumulate from eating overly processed foods, artificial sweeteners, refined sugar and flour, hormone-based dairy and meats, and other commercially made foods. It’s a bit more warming and comforting than our juice cleanse and satisfying for the colder winter days ahead.   It offers you an opportunity to completely recharge and detox on your path to a happy and healthy YOU!  All of our offerings are made without dairy, grains, soy, added artificial sweeteners, meat, or gluten.

It is extremely important to drink water throughout the day. Depending on your body weight, it’s recommended that you drink between 64 and 80 ounces of water daily with this detox.

Soup and Juice Detox Daily Schedule

  1. 12 oz. prana – celery, kale, cucumber, lemon, ginger, green apple
  2. Bowl of kale and white bean soup – kale, onion, white beans, garlic, tomatoes, Herbes de Provence, EVOO, salt, black pepper
  3. 12 oz. goddess – carrot, pear, apple, lemon, ginger
  4. Bowl of creamy roasted cauliflower soup – cauliflower, onion, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, nutmeg, EVOO, salt, black pepper
  5. 4 oz. Glow and Go – pineapple, pear, cucumber, lime, turmeric, ginger, black pepper
  6. Cup of veggie chili – kidney beans, tomatoes, onion, celery, green pepper, jalapeno, chili powder, ACV, pepper, garlic salt (organic garlic, sea salt, organic rice concentrate, and organic parsley)
  7. 4 oz. mocha chocolata oatie-ya-ya – organic oats, filtered water, cacao, maple syrup, vanilla extract, Himalayan sea salt
